Who is collecting your responses?

The HandyLink research team, led by Dean Ralph Murcillos, is studying how adults in the Philippines find and provide skilled home services. Contact handylink.ph@gmail.com for questions or privacy requests.

What we collect and why

We collect your age and answers about your experience finding or providing skilled services. The homeowner survey asks for your city or municipality and province. Earlier responses may contain a barangay or area instead. We use this information to understand needs and guide product decisions. Please do not include exact home addresses, identification documents, financial account details, or other sensitive information.

If you choose to enter the raffle, we also collect your name and mobile number to check duplicate entries, administer the draw, and contact winners. Raffle participation is optional and is not required to submit research feedback.

How information is stored and accessed

Responses are stored in HandyLink’s hosted database using ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorized research administration is restricted through sign-in and server-side access checks. Hosting providers may process data outside the Philippines. We do not publish individual responses or sell your information. We may share aggregated findings that do not identify respondents.

The site records submission time, questionnaire version, and a response reference. It uses a hour-specific hashed network identifier for basic abuse prevention; the survey database does not retain your raw IP address. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs. This site does not use advertising trackers. Administrative sign-in may use authentication cookies.

Your choice and consent

Participation is voluntary and limited to adults aged 18 or over who live in or provide services in the Philippines. Before submitting, you can go back and change answers or leave without sending them. Raffle contact details are collected only with your separate consent. After submitting, retain your response reference and email us to request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion, or to raise a concern. We may ask for information needed to verify your request.

Retention

The research team will review and delete or de-identify identifiable survey records by May 31, 2027. Raffle contact details will be deleted once the prizes and any related questions have been resolved, and no later than that date. Anonymous aggregate research findings may be retained.

Earlier Google Forms responses

This website collects new responses independently. Earlier responses submitted through Google Forms remain in the original forms and are managed separately by the HandyLink team. Contact us for requests concerning those responses.
